Southeast Site Services, an Electrical Contractor, was established in May 2006 and specializes in all aspects of site lighting, including new construction, expansions, renovations, and utility duct bank installation.
Southeast Site Services is owned and operated by founder, Jesse W. Annis. Since 2006, Jesse has fulfilled his dream of establishing and maintaining a successful electrical contracting business. He has built a reputation for Southeast Site Services as a leader in the site lighting field and provides a high-quality, cost-efficient end-result to each project. Southeast Site Services is committed to doing the job right the first time and in the most timely manner.
Our Certifications
Southeast Site Services holds an Unlimited Electrical Contractor's license
in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina & Texas, as well as an Unlimited Mechanical Contractor's license
in South Carolina AND a General Contractor's license
in Alabama & South Carolina.
In addition, Southeast Site Services is a level 1-B Certified GSWCC Erosion Control Installer and Inspector. All projects are guaranteed to be installed to satisfaction.
